A Time for a Personal Retreat during Lent


The season of Lent is a time for reflection.


A time to listen for God's guidance.


A time for us to be at peace.


This year, Lent begins with Ash Wednesday on February 22 and ends with Easter on April 8. Whispering Winds invites you to schedule one or more "Solitary Journeys" during Lent.

An Invitation to a SOLITARY JOURNEY

 

Come to Whispering Winds Retreat Haven to spend some uninterrupted quiet time alone with God. Arrive as early as 8:00 in the morning or as late as 8:00 in the evening. Stay 1, 2, or 3 nights. The total cost, regardless of the length of your stay (up to 4 days/3 nights) is $149 plus tax.

 

While on your "Solitary Journey" you will have your own room with a private bath, as well as access to the Prayer Room, our small library in the Sun Room, and all the other shared areas of the house. This "Solitary Journey" offer is for one person in a room and includes a continental breakfast each morning you are here. You are welcome to use the small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker in the dining room to store and prepare food for other meals.
